Services Provided:

  • We provide the PR and Creative Services Listed on Our Website Service's Pages

Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary materials for the services.
  • Timely feedback and approval are required for work to continue on schedule.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the contract.
  • Late payments may incur a penalty or delay in services.

Intellectual Property:

All work produced by Remooz Agency remains our property until full payment is made. Upon completion and payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

Limitation of Liability:

Remooz Agency is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination:

Either party can terminate the agreement with 5 days notice. Any outstanding payments are due upon termination.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will be resolved through mediation

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
